Parental
Counseling

Parental counseling is support for parents and/or caregivers responsible for children and adolescents in the area of parenting.

It takes place in occasional meetings, in a space for free expression and reflection on doubts, difficulties and anxieties that parents/carers may have about their children, their education and their relationship with them.

Parental consultations help to resolve various situations and problems that can be real challenges, such as: tantrums, eating, sleeping, going out at night, sibling rivalry, discordant parenting practices, divorce, bereavement, among others.

In this space, parents/caregivers will be accompanied by a qualified professional who will listen to them and help them think about different perspectives.

Through a specific understanding of each case, parental counseling promotes positive effects on the quality of life of children and adolescents and on the relationship between them and their parents/caregivers.
