Clinical Psychology

It’s an intervention centered on the request of the patient/client that promotes the discovery of the underlying causes of current difficulties, enabling an internal transformation. It offers a safe and welcoming space to explore emotional issues in search of a greater understanding of oneself.

In a first contact, various variables will be analyzed in order to understand the needs of those who come to us. You’ll be invited to share what’s going on in your life, what’s on your mind, your challenges or the goals you’d like to achieve.

The content of a psychology session will depend very much on your specific situation and goals. The focus of your therapy may encompass your past and/or your current reality and the future you wish to create, the unconscious, past experiences and repetitive behavior patterns.

Through open dialog and attentive listening, consultations allow access to repressed or unconscious emotional content, offering the opportunity to reflect and transform ways of thinking and feeling, as well as interpersonal relationships.
