I work with children and adults in clinical psychology and psychotherapy, where, in addition to relieving the symptom (anxiety, depression, conflict, etc.), we embark on a path of deep self-knowledge and the construction of internal tools that lead to greater fulfillment and satisfaction in everyday life.
My interests, as a woman, mother and psychologist, have led my work particularly to the areas of Child and Adult Relationships and Affective Dynamics, Parental Counseling and Pregnancy and Puerperium Psychology.
In 2004 I became known as an aspiring therapist, creating and supporting occupational therapies for children on the Autism Spectrum and as a trainee in Child Psychomotricity.
I later worked in the Psychology Department at the Oeiras Health Center, not only in private practice but also in conjunction with the CPCJ, Psychiatry, Child Psychiatry and Maternal Health.
As well as working in private practice, in 2012 I started providing support through Social Security in kindergartens and elementary school.
In consultation, I dedicate myself to supporting pathways where patients rediscover themselves and build strategies to live at the level they desire.
