Hello, I'm Inês,

I’m Inês, I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and I graduated from the Miguel Torga Higher Institute.
During my academic career I went to the Arco Íris Therapeutic Community and there I decided to explore the area of chemical and behavioral addictions further, having completed advanced specialization.
Later, I became interested in couple’s therapy, based on attachment, and did the necessary training to work with couples.
I also completed an advanced specialization in Criminal Investigation, Forensic Science and Deviant Behaviour.
In addition to private practice, I also carry out research and provide training in the field of psychology with a special focus on chemical and behavioral addictions.
I am passionate about the “architecture of the mind” and how it is organized in “space”, based on the psychodynamic approach, which I have used throughout my career.
